I’m Saima Khan!

An award-winning humanitarian strategist with over a decade of experience in fundraising, donor engagement, and global impact delivery. As the former Co
founder of Step Up Dubai—one of the UAE’s largest youth volunteering platforms—I’ve spent 10+ years building purpose driven giving programs across 30+ countries.

My work spans education, clean water, emergency relief, women’s livelihoods, and sustainable development. From designing donor strategies in boardrooms to listening to widows’ stories in remote villages, I’ve witnessed the full spectrum of humanitarian work and what meaningful impact truly requires.
